2008 IMCA Rules with the following exceptions:  Aluminum Heads allowed with 50lbs in front of motor plate, reverse pumps and starters allowed, roller cams are allowed, TIRES: Stamped American Racers, Stamped Hoosiers or KK704, Weight - 2350lbs
